you have vivid dreams about lifting. I swear, I have the weirdest dreams about lifting. Last night, I had a dream that I had to complain to the manager about the gym not having any squat racks. I also dreamt that I was bench pressing in a liquor store once. Anyone else have these weird lifting related dreams?

The only dreams I remember when I wake up are the ones that I die in. Which seems to happen A lot.

Mine lately have been a combo of lifting or strongman stuff and s_x .. they are hilarious.. at least for me..

My fav is squatting... and as soon as I'm done with a new 5 PPS PR, the wifey-poo congratulates me.. if you catch my driff... lol..:hump:

Otherwise.. I always daydream/dream/or visualize lifting... the dreams are mostly about lifting something that is 10-25 lbs more then I've done before (setting PRs)... or lifting the Atlas stones overhead - I don't know why overhead...

And when I go for walks with the family, I'm always daydreaming about lifting the big stones we walk by - I see both successes and failures... it's gotten so bad, that the kids & wife start laughing at me... the kids think it's kinda cool.. the wife wonders if I'm obsessed... I tell her it's better then being addicted to gambling or drugs... :p

I have frequent dreams about what i'll be training the next day. Usually before max effort lower days.

It's very, very weird and feels quite real.

I had a dream last night that i got to meet all the WWE wrestlers at the resturant I work at(only I wasnt working I was eatting cheesburgers) and for some reason joey fatone(from backstreet boys) was there too doing byebyebye with everyone in the resturant and my sister was like
I know your excited about the wresters but I just saw john smith pull up(i think she was refering to a rapper in my dream---but i think I made up the name)

but generally only my sis appreciates my dreams

I never have weightlifting dreams. Last night for instance, I was driving and yelled at some old lady for standing in my way and then her grandsons tried fighting me and pulled out a knife. Kinda weird, but thanks to ETS I can vividly remember in detail what they looked like :)

yeah, I don't take ETS or ZMA, so I don't know why I always have these very vivid dreams.. it's probably b/c of all the water/milk I drink. I always have to get up in the middle of the night to piss. So maybe I'm waking up right after one of my dreams is ending and that's why I remember.

I've never dreamt about lifting which is strange because I think about it all the time. Even at work, which is where I'm at now. ;)

First off, it was a faze and thank God I grew out of it. And he was in N'SYNC.

ive had numerous dream about weightlifting

ive had dreams of lifitng in a room of beautiful naked women and i also got "congradualted" between all my pr's

ive had the dreams of lifitng in liquor a liquor store as well..lol

true story, i once lifted and drank at the same time, had a little flask of whiskey on my side while i lifted, that was a good friday beach lifting day....lol

the weirdest i was bench presing then all of a sudden the bench started flying all over the place i just kept lifiting i just benched and enjoyed the scenery...lol


had a nightmare once that i was working out and i was ina fight with this huge guy, i was man handling him, but ech time i threw him down he injected himself with a needle and got bigger and bigger an bigger until the oint where he was like 10 ft tall and his leg was lterally the size of my body then he picked me over head and was about to slam me into the bench then i woke up in a cold sweat..



maybe i need some counseling....
