I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH DIET MEANS TO PERFORMANCE. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO WEIGHTLIFTING BECAUSE SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY BECOME KEY.

Do you think that using chain w. OLs is a good idea for most lifters, or do you use it only during certain training phases? Just curious what you'd tell less experienced lifters.

I wouldn't use the chains unless I was an experienced lifter with a strong core base. They really challenge the stabilizers. I don't use them all the time. I use bands sometimes, and straight weight.
