Alittle help: Getting Ripped or Ripped off

One of my spotters is taking something...a little blue pill 45 minutes before he hits his circuits, winstrol??? I believe thats what he said, I know nothing about AAS I just wanna know if they come in pills too, or is he takin' placebos, takin' something dangerous?!?!?
