hey guys just a little update on where im at
now at 190
pics arnt great, but i think i can see a little difference:bang: :bang:
im workin hard to get rid of the spare tire, it seems like it may never go away though.

your in a bad situation but lose the excess fat dam you will be very skinny but then start a bulk:) and no bulks don not mean any bad food.

Best suggestion is to keep cutting. If you stop your cutting and go back into a bulk you will be back where you started with a little extra muscle maybe.
Basically i would strip off as much fat as possible in the next 4-5 months.
Lift hard and eat clean.
Come August/September start a clean hard bulk and by next year you will be much happier with your results.
Also what is your diet like? Do you have a strict plan and goals set out for you?
Im not sure where you see yourself being so if you could comment that would help greatly in critique!

Well, you spent a lifetime building that spare tire. You can't expect it to disappear in only four months.
Stick with it and don't get down on yourself.

keep cutting. what youre doing is working, dont quit it because you want to eat. You still have too much bf to bulk. your future will go much easier if you lean out now.

ive been big my whole life and in the past year finally worked on it
i used to weigh around 230 so ive come a long way already
i have a strict diet i go for around 2500 cals a day trying to get around 200g of protein sometimes less and sometimes more but always in the ballpark

How's the weightlifting looking?
What routine are you using? How much are you lifting?

well i am currently transitioning bwtween routines
i was doing a routine my football coach (who is also a certified trainer) had out for us which involved a lot of swiss balls and balance things but he left so now i think im gonna do the billstarrs 5x5 one ive been reading up on it.
im pretty weak as u can see from the pictures but im gaining fairly quickly. i was a late bloomer and fell behind a lot of my peers in the past couple years.
squat: 250 parallel 1rm
bench: 175 1rm
dead:260 but it seems pretty easy i may try and do it again

keep the cut going. im guessing youve overhauled your diet, if you havent, do it. work hard...youre making progress.
