I think i have anough muscle now.. But i have some fat at my stomach, left and ride side of my stomach. Im carrying these fats for 2 years :D And now i started to defination program.
5 days a week, different parts of my body and every day i have different abdominal workouts.And 15 mins bycyle at the beginning 15 mins cross trainer in the middle of my workout and after my abdominal workouts im doing 35 mins cardio (running).
Im doing DROP-SETS and low heigh high reps.
Is that a good program for defination?
And i really dont know how to eat to loose fat and keep my muscles at the same time :S.
Please help me =)))

Lift heavy. Try one of the routines outlined in the Bodybuilding and Weightlifting sections. They are in the Stickies.

Start Tracking your calories on www.fitday.com for 1-2 weeks.

Cut your daily calories by 20% to start dropping fat.

Workout your abs just like any muscle group. 1-2 times a week doing heavy weighted crunches on a decline bench.

If you feel like you have to do "cardio" then try HIIT 2-3 times a week.

I would worry about getting your diet and training in order before even worrying about supplements.
