I think i have anough muscle now.. But i have some fat at my stomach, left and ride side of my stomach. Im carrying these fats for 2 years :D And now i started to defination program.
5 days a week, different parts of my body and every day i have different abdominal workouts.And 15 mins bycyle at the beginning 15 mins cross trainer in the middle of my workout and after my abdominal workouts im doing 35 mins cardio (running).
Im doing DROP-SETS and low heigh high reps.
Is that a good program for defination?
And i really dont know how to eat to loose fat and keep my muscles at the same time :S.
Please help me =)))
