Hey guys, I'm trying to lose fat around my midsection and such. I'm 16 1/2 5'7" 163 pounds. I've got about 18-20% bodyfat (rough estimate). I want to know if this is good for trying to lose fat, how many calories I need per day, and what I should do as far as going about that thank you.

Track your cals and your weight and adjust as needed. If you aren't losing keep dropping them till you are. Keep protein at >1g per LBM and fat atleast .5g per LBM.
