im on a ckd diet now.. and earlier tonight i had my cheat meal of the week-- chinese buffet. well anyway, im curious about the stages before and after ketosis.. for the past umpteen days ive been in ketosis, and then i presume after i loaded up on sweet&sour chicken, noodles, etc, i bumped myself out of it.

so now how does this work.. i presume for my next workout or two, ill be using the carbs i ate as energy, and then will i get bumped back into ketosis or will i have autrophy for a while then ketosis or what?

i guess the jist of my question is once youre in ketosis, and then get out of it w/a cheat meal, how hard is it to get back into it again and how long does it take?

it takes me two days to get back in but that's with a 36 hour carb up.i also try to limit protein intake until i get back in.
