View Full Version : Please Help, need advice on my diet...

Hi,

So, first and foremost: I've been going to the gym for near enough 6 weeks now (a fact of which i'm proud of as i wasn't as committed as i once was before). The only thing i'm not sure whether im getting right is my diet.

I'm 128 Lb, i'm eating things like wheat in the morning for breakfast, then pasta salads for lunch, and then home cooked meals. I'm trying to do this 6 'small' meals a day thing, but i don't know WHAT my scope is for what i CAN and CAN'T eat. I generally, do eat a fair bit of meat. My aim is remove the fat from my mid-section...If ANYONE can help with some advice for me, that would be great!

128 lbs? How tall are you? You should probably put some muscle on your bones first, otherwise you'll just look like a twig.

Ok, i may have got my weight conversion wrong, im around 9 stone (i know that for a fact) im about 5'3 in height...any advice or suggestions?

i think 128 lbs is about right I came up with 126 lbs

Thanks JFT9120, i wasn't too sure about that. Any good advice you could pass on to me, food, drink, excercise-wise? Any advice is great advice for me at this stage. If anyone else can help too, that would be awesome!

The only piece of advice I could give to you is eat until you literally throw up. After you've thrown up, wait about 30 minutes and eat again.

As for working out, just have a nice split like M-F or something of that nature. Try and hit every muscle group.:thumbup:
