Quick question,
Should your diet vary on days that I don't lift? Right now I'm lifting on Mondy/Wednesday/Friday and doing cardio on Tues/Thurs/Sat. What do you think?

My main goals at the moment are to burn fat and build muscle. I want to lose about 30 pounds and get my body fat down to 10-12%.

I eat the same food on days I lift weights as the same days I don't lift weights, except pre and post workout meal/shake. I'm losing body fat by doing this too, but not a lot, because my body fat is somewhat low already.

I'd keep the diet the same every day with the exception of the post workout meal.

On lifting days, eat a post workout meal high in carbs.

On non lifting days, drop the additional carbs from that meal.
