Cool video!
It seems like bodybuilding for you is what guitar is for me, I also make videos :D

BTW is there a reason you go touch and go on those deadlifts?

BFGUITAR - Those touch and go's were when I was new to deadlifting. I didnt really understand the importance of resetting between reps. Btw, i'm a powerlifter rather than a bodybuilder.

Nate - Thanks man! Just giver eh!

I thought it was cool.

How did you put it all together? I know nothing about this stuff but I'd like to make one of myself eventually.

IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!! LOL

Good stuff man. I too, being computer illiterate would like to know how to make those. If I just brought my camera to the gym for one week I could get some freaky-ass footage of all kinds of stuff.

hah. guys i'm pretty computer illiterate when it ocmes to this **** too. I downloaded a trial copy of a program called sony vegas 7.0 and then just put the videos on the timeline and then dragged the start of the clip and the end (to crop out the setup and stuff) and then just put music in. Its SOOOOOOOOOOO easy. Hit me a pm for my msn if you need help or wahtever.
