i came up with the best recipe ever today. now im addicted. it tastes just like glazed donuts and it's really light, but filling.

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2-1 teaspoon Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (0 calories :) )
2-3 Splenda

Mix all the ingredents in a cup and then froth them with a Aerolatte (or another brand frother). it take about 10 seconds and its so delicious. you can eat it all day long guilt free. this is great for cutting diets cause its only 40 calories!! you can even add natural unsweetened coco powder (which has healthy fats and antioxidents) a tablespoon of coco only has 15-20 calories so u can even add it if your cutting. if you don't have a frother, dont worry, they are really cheap. You can get them at target or something or amazon.com

heres a link for a $12 frother that i use. its works great and its worth it, i promise.

Remember, the "zero" calorie syrup and splenda still have calories. They just round down to zero based on serving size. Just like 8oz of diet coke has something like 3.7 calories, but they round down. While this is not normally a big deal, if you are eating alot of it, it can add up.

ok then, add 10-20 calories for the splenda and syrup depending on how much you add, it's still and ideal recipe for cutting or just a snack.

I agree. Plus, unless you're eating this every 5 minutes of a day the calorie count should hardly be measurable.

You're 15 years old and 130lbs... why are you cutting? Just curious.

did u look at my signature? it has a goal to gain weight. All i said was that the recipe is good if you're cutting, but you can also have it if you bulking too, you'd just have to eat more
