The box arrived in mint condition, inside my order was cracked and leaking and safety seals broken. And they are making me ship it back so they can claim damages against the postal company, and it is not even the USPS's fault

I recently ordered a few things from them and had a problem. The CEO of the company personally addressed the issue. I think if they have offered to remedy this situation, then you should be somewhat mollified. To be fair, however, I have had no such problems with DPS Nutrition(But they do not carry certain products.)

I had one minor annoyance with DPS, nothing huge.

I've never had any trouble at all with netrition. Huge selection, good prices, Every order is correct, shipped quickly, packaged well, etc. Also, the site is pretty easy to navigate.

I've never used bodybuilding.com, but I've heard of some pretty bad experiences.

Jesus ***** me over! Damn I wish this post would have been sooner! Like 3 days ago I placed my order of 480cc of Liquid Clenbutrx. They better not ***** it all up. I ordered NHE from them and they took *****ing forever but the book was fine.

I order all protein from Proteinfactory and I love the products from massquantities (I know not all are Spellwin fans), but they ship promptly and take care of their customers.

I have also dealth with DPS, they're good too, but sometimes slow.

then you can just hault the payment and let the credit card comany sort it out....a lot les headache

Haha I know.. what a joke! Believe it or not bodybuilding.com is where I started learning about the sport. Then I finally stumbled upon MM forums and then Elitefitness and WBB etc. Now I know them all. Ironmagazine forums, Anabolic Review, Bolex all of them. And WBB is the BEST by a long shot if you ask me.

Designer Protein is good too, but I never have tried strawberry, I am sure its not too bad. Taking it for bulking up right? If so you can add ice-cream etc. hehe.

Yeah, bulking up. I had some flax oil capsules but heard the oil is better because its not heat treated. How do you take the oil? Straight on a spoon or what? I don't really totally understand the benefits of flax yet but we'll see what happens.

I take out a tbsp and pour the oil in there and drink it. It'll taste nasty the first few times, but you'll get used to it.

I shipped the broken stuff back to them and they say they will pay for shipping but i doubt it. They said we'll cancel the charge on the old one as long as you "try to ship it back". I said, sure I'll "try". Then the guy says if you don't ship it back in 20 days we will bill you for it. I told him why do you want it anyways it was broken before you shipped it, the safety seals don't come off during shipping you know especially since the box wasn't damaged. So they are basically just going to rip off the postal company because they shipped crap.

I didn't say every order they ship is bad, if that was the case obviously they wouldn't be in business. Order 10 times from them and then something may materialize like what happened to me
