I had to pick up a protein bar from my local 711 because I forgot my protein powder, so I bought the Metrix Big 100 cookie dough and it was delicious.

Something like 27g of protein with the least amount of saturated body fat at 2.5 g

I am wondering if I could eat these as one of my meals or snacks? Would that be healthy?

Thanks

these bars wouldn't be ideal, but for convenience they can't be beat. when i have class and have to eat lunch late i pack a detour bar as a hold-me-over until i can get some lunch.

Protien bars are cool b/c they have a ton of good stuff in it, and they are mad easy to grab like scarz said; however, they have (atleast) one thing that is REALLY bad in them, and that is Iron. Iron is pretty bad for muscle growth.
