Uh Chris man, you didn't hit parallel. I've heard you should go to at least parallel if not all the way down.

There is an old training video of him online where he squatted 720x5...walked out, raw, no belt. People still talk about that. It was nasty.

They are pretty much all huge, lol. There are a few teenagers that John Bernor trains that are new to lifting. They aren't monsters like these guys, but they probably still outweigh me. :( I am blessed to train with not only a bunch of freaks, but some damn good friends.
