View Full Version : Cutting and squating 3x a week?

A have about a month or so left on the bill starr program and then i would like to go on a cut. After I finish the starr program I was thinking of using either the ripptoe program or the 20 rep squat. My question is because both of these have a lot of squating, should I choose a different program and then use one of those when i'm bulking again?

I know everybody says lift the same, but i don't see how I could recover with a deficit in calories and squating so much. thanks:hello:

Thanks, i'll probably do that and if i'm loosing strength i'll just stop. Thanks for your comment.
