I see where a lot of people use nitrean during PSMF mixed with water. I am curious on how much difference you would see if you mixed it with milk. I've done some searches and haven't came up with any answers. I've ordered Lyle McDonald's book but it hasn't arrived yet so if talks about avoiding milk I haven't been able to reference it yet.

Thanks!

Looks like Ill have to learn how to drink Nitrean without Milk. I didn't think of the carbs in milk at all.

Just open the hatch and pour down your gullet. I really don't savor my Nitrean with water, I just get warm feelings knowing that it it nutritious and exactly what my body needs.

PSMF is protein, and water, some fish oil, and that's it. Otherwise, you're just on a low cal / high protein diet. Don't confuse the two.

he isn't necessarily afraid of the carbs in milk, he was just establishing that for a PSMF, milk contains way too many carbs.

PSMF is protein-only, that's the difference. Super low carbs and you increase fat oxidation big time, add in almost not fat in the diet, negative fat balance.
