looks pretty good except you carbs look pretty low imo also id swich the wheat bagle for oatmeal for sure!!!!

also what id this cytomax energy you are really drinking a lot of it

i posted this in your poll, but i wouldnt jump into a bulk right away since youve been cutting. I would eat maintence for 2 weeks by slowly upping the cals and then ramping up to bulking levels.
