This will just be a 3-4 week journal documenting my velocity diet.

Non-training days will be ~1400 calories

Training days will be ~1700 calories

Non training day diet plan:
1 shake with peanut butter
5 shakes
2 cans of tuna
multi vitamin and fish oils

total - 1450 calories, 217g protein, 103g carb, 28g fat

Training day diet plan:
5 shakes
2 cans of tuna
multi vitamin and fish oils
2 shakes with peanut butter

total - 1750 calories, 250g protein, 126g carb, 46g fat

I've been cutting on about 1800-1900 calories already so the training days shouldnt be too hard, but I expect the non training days to suck... Update tmrw. Starting weight on this is approximately 178.
