Ok so I have decided to start a journal

Tommorow

bb squats
5x50 plus bar
3x75plus bar
2x90plus bar feel I could get my but in a bit more so well see how it goes

bb bench
10x50 plus bar
7x75+ bar
3x100+ bar

push ups
20 tired after max

leg press
10x45
10x90
10x135

sit ups
10x12.5 to be done and jumped 3 times a week

calf raisers 10x60

leg curls

deadlifts
none-cause my parents saw the scapes and made me promise not to do em. I am very pissed about this cause I like them.I will try new angles to convince them. They are worried about me getting bone marrow cancer.....



Note: I am doing arms on wednesdays. My arms are bigger then my calfs so I am getting my calfs caught up. I am just sticking to my usual wieght. I have noticed my arms have gotton bigger,but this wasnt really what I was aiming for. I want my calfs to catch up and THEN build my arms more. For now, I will be maintianing

ok this is lame im switching to wbb1 pronto after readin it
