i would bet it tastes bad! plus if you are trying to bulk, you would need the carbs and fat cals.

im not taking it right now, but my older brother told me that he's taken it and said it doesn't taste bad, it just tastes like watered down milk. i was just posting this artcle for the people who are cutting. also, it would be a great pre-sleep meal instead of cottage cheese because of the caesin protein

i just bought some today to try out. it's exactly what my bother said it way, watered down milk. Im going to start drinking it before i go to bed everynight instead of cottage cheese because it has less sodium. It might not taste as good, but hey, sacrifices must be made to be the best that you can be.

i guess you don't say "take" for drink, eat, or tastes where you come from.

if you go to the website (the link in the first post) it tells you where you can buy it and who carries it.

haha i've never heard of those stores either, i figured since y'all are from diffrenet states, y'all would know about them. i found it at a local grocery store. you can actually ask your local grocery store if they'll order it for you. just talk to the manager. good luck getting some.

What's wrong with sodium? You got high blood pressure?

How much did this stuff cost?

8g protein/3g carbs and I might start downing a gallon of this stuff a day. I stopped drinking so much skim milk recently because of all the excess sugar.

No, but a lot of excess sodium isn't good i thought. i'm already eating 2 cups of cottage cheese a day.
