I beat the hell outta my lower back either at work or deadlifting- so off to the doc I go. Besides all the other questions (difficulty urinating, etc.) he asked if ive used steroids- like that would somehow contribute to the lower back pain. Me being a paranoid SOB I said no- (Im currently running 990mg/week of test E + dbol) so what does lower back pain have to do with juice?
Was he looking for a possible abscess or what? I couldnt find anything on the internet. Maybe my old home, WBB, can enlighten.

If there is one person in this world you need to be 100% honest with, it's your doctor.

To answer your question, if you use the search, you will see that Dbol does cause a lot of lower back pain.

Its not dbol related pain. Ive used alot of dbol and its NOT that. Like I mentioned, I searched. From:
http://www.emedicinehealth.com/back_pain/page4_em.htm
History of prolonged steroid use: People with asthma, COPD, and rheumatologic disorders are frequently on this type of medication
So what does prolonged steroid use have to do with back pain? Abscess? Liver damage? Thanks in advance.
Anyone have anything else?

I've heard from everyone that Dbol causes back pain maybe in the past it didn't affect you and now it is.

No reason. I'd wager his question was irrelevant, but more in keeping with his preconceived notions regarding his patient and possible anecdotal side effects.

I don't know what the research says or if there is any, but a lot of lower back pain associated w. steroid use could be attributed to quick weight gain.
dbol kills my lower back. i don't know anyone who doesn't have lower back discomfort while running it. you really don't think that has anything to do with it?

Yeah, lots of people get low back pain from dbol... it probably has to do with quick strength and weight gains, like what Sensei said.

What brand name did you take? (are you sure about quality)
Is your stuff kept on cold and dry?
Is it possible that you over lift?
You might only need rest....or change the substance..might body refuse it..
and yes, doc must be "best friend", otherwise change him...
Good luck
PS
To my opinion, Dbol is second class roid..

The dbol is a UG lab. I wont list names. Dealt with him alot in the past so I dont have many doubts its legit dbol.
Its not so much the why of how I beat the F outta my back but the why would the doc think steroids have anything to do with lower back pain.
Ive taken heavy doese of dbol in the past and have had the lower back pain from that, so I know what it feels like. This feels like a pulled muscle, and exhibits all the signs (worse in mornings, worse when Ive sat for extended peroids, etc.) while the dbol pain was just a constant ache.
But Im not ruling out the possibility that Im about to crap out my liver.
Thanks for the input, youve all given me something to think about.
P.S. Dbol is a inferior anabolic, I agree. My fictional alter ego kingmetal has 240 55mg pills and wanted to use some of them up as a kickstart. Nothing beats good old fashioned test.

like belial said, your doc's question was irrelevant. steroids wouldn't be causing you lower back pain. i don't think dbol is inferior at all. test is the king, no doubt, but dbol gives me a very noticeable increase in strength. i love the stuff, i just hate the lower back pain that goes along with it.

I think you're missing the difference between corticosteroids and anabolic steroids.
Asthma, COPD, rheumatoid disease etc are all treated with corticosteroids, not anabolics.

My beleifs is that steroids cause your muscles to grow faster than your tendons and ligaments can keep up with therefore a strain/sprain also, you can handle more weight faster than without steroids again the tendons and ligaments don't have time to catch up and support your body. tendons and ligaments grow and heal much slower than other tissues in the body ie muscle and bone.

Which is a damn shame as I grew up with asthma and I'd be HUGE now..
