Hi guys,

Just registered today and in need of big help. In the past 3 years ive gone from quite a healthy 166 to woefully unfit and overweight 220!!!

Used to play a lot of soccer and was addicted to the gym at one point. Finally realised that its time to get myself back into shape but am finding it hard to formulate any sort of diet or exercise plan. Have dropped 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks or so but im looking for a diet plan/tips that is geared towards rapid/healthy weight loss.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

There are stickies in the Diet and Nutrition section... and in the BB'ing and Wieghtlifting section. Looks of good ideas there.

Then, when you have some more specific, come back and ask questions (after searching.. b/c there is a lot of info on WBB).

If you are unwilling to do this, then you may not be committed to actually obtaining your desired weight/physique.
