165lbs on the bar, 2 sets of doubled mini bands + 1 set of monster minis doubled.

so about 165 + 275ish at lockout.

The funny part is, I used to have a bigger arch with my feet way back.

It was making my back cramp up and hurt real bad and I was also having issues with keeping my ass on the bench. I switched to this new setup and it feels much better. Back feels better and my ass stays on the bench.
