How about this for a course as well opinions?
Week 1-16 - test E @ 500mg a week
Week 1-5 - dbol @ 30mg a day
Week 1-10 - EQ @ 400mg a week
Week 10 - 6 - tren @ 225mg a week
clen either 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or every other day for the full 16 weeks?
Hcg at 4 week intervals
Then clomid/ nolva for pct for as long as necessary
cardio will be done throughout and cals will be below maintanance how much im not sure i really wanna drop alot of bf with this and gain a little lbm.

What cycle is this for you?
I'd run the EQ the length of it and drop the tren. Tren is one of those that unless I need it for something specific (bodybuilding show, powerlifting comp.), I'll leave it be.
I also don't know that I'd be using the clen. I just don't see it being as helpful as harmful, especially while you're on.
this is my 4th cycle 3rd proper one.
The clen i may use just before and at the start from what ive read it helps open the receptors but i know this can be seen as myth. any opinions and thnks for the input homeyield

From everything I've read and my limited scientific knowledge, EQ's effects take even longer than enth to really kick in and take a little longer to get the full benefit of. I would run the EQ the whole time I was on test.
As for the tren, if you are dead set on using it, I'd be more apt to use it early in the cycle to get a jump start and then get off it when the test and EQ really get going. But like I said before, I'm not crazy about tren unless there is something specific to shut for because it's that potent.
Clen I just wouldn't use. I don't remember exactly but Severed Ties posted a link to a study that pretty much turned me off to clen altogether. Too hard on the heart and arteries to be really worth any benefit and its again like tren, probably not really necessary unless you are going to be doing a show.

I fully agree with HomeYield... run the EQ for as long, if not longer, than you run the test. I started browsing this forum back in '01 when I was getting starting learning & taking the gear. 2 years later I won the state collegiate powerlifting championship in my weight class, and now I'm well-known as the best strength coach/steriod guru around my little town. I'm not trying to brag, but I wanted to let you know a little bit about me before I start throwing out random advice.
Equipoise is one of, if not my favorite of all steriods I've taken. So i definately recommend taking it equally as long as the Test. You will be glad you did. If you havent already bought the Tren, DONT. It's good stuff, and I liked taking it, but it's highly overpriced and doesnt seem to be what you're looking for. Tren is more of a cutting/hardnening drug in my opinion and should be used with the likes of Test Prop & Masteron.
More good advice from HomeYield, drop the Clen. It hurts more than it helps. Plus the tremors and headaches will make you wont to stop working out.

Glad you steered my direction with the body comp. If you keep doing it eventually, you can stay in the single digits year. I would toss the tren, way too harsh for most people. Extend the EQ length of the cycle and put the dbol up to 8 weeks. Don't mess with your clen unless you are going to hardcore cut. Mixing clen with tren can lead to a hospital visit if you don't know how your body reacts. If you ever mess with tren try it by itself, same thing with clen. Just from my personal experience. I have seen way too many people have really bad reactions because those 2 drugs are so bittersweet.
yeh thnks gabrielle ive used clen befoe with good results but never tren. think ill run the dbol like you said for 8 weeks run the eq throughout and keep my cals at maintanance or just below with some cardio in their 6 days a week.

Your plan sounds great. Just watch out for too much cardio.
yeh thnks gabs i may start the cardio at 3 times a week and then see how it goes and adjust as need

Good luck Hill, your current plan sounds great. I remember reading that study by ST as well, and as a result I'll never touch Clen. You say you've had good results with it though, so I guess it's a 50/50 for you. Dbol sounds fun, have you taken it before? Strength gains in the early weeks would be awesome! Post up some pics when you're done, I'd love to see how this cut works out for you.

Hill, I would run it like this:
Week 1-16 - test E @ 500mg a week
Week 1-16 - EQ @ 400mg a week
Week 1-6 - tren @ 50mg EOD
Base the cylce on your test, run the tren at the begginning for a boost (no need for dbol then), and start the eq at the beginning as well. By the time the eq is in full effect you'll be a couple weeks away from coming off of the tren.
Oh, and don't use clen. Ever. It's no good.
interesting opinion shark any1 else got any opinions on the ive been wanting to try tren and it may be a good opportunity to try it??

About the clen i no its looked at as a bad thing on here now but the pro i told you says he used it alot during his career wth no probs and it always works dynamite for me any more thoughs on that as well lads??

I wouldn't use clen ever again after reading that article ST posted about it. I think that with those three compounds, a really clean diet, lifting, and some cardio, you could really do some serious recomping.
thnks shark mate think ill do exactly that. im waiting for a couple of weeks till after my gf bday to get all the excuses for drinking and eating crap out the way so i can give this 110%.
Think ill eat just below maintanance at about 2700 cals and go from their.
I saw the article that st posted before but ill follow this course. thnks a lot
