Ok maybe I'm an idiot, but I can't figure out how to delete a custom food on FitDay.

Also, it's probably posted a billion times, but again what's the proper Protein/Fat/Carb % for weight loss?

First question. Add it to foods eaten by selecting it and hitting "Go!" Then click the underlined word signifying the custom food. Then click "Delete This Food."

Second question. There is no "proper" percentage breakdown. Just make sure you're eating anywhere between 1 gram to 1.5-2 grams of protein per LBM (lbs) and .5 grams of fat per LBM (lbs). Then eat 15-20% below maintenance to cut. So carbs can fill in those gaps if you'd like.
