Goal: Get Strong and Gain Muscle

Plan:
Workout 1
Power Clean
Front Squat
DB Incline Press
Chins
Push Press
Barbell Row
SkullCrushers

Workout 2
Deadlift
Leg Press
DB Bench
Chins
Seated Shoulder Press
Cable Rows
Lying Leg Curl

Workout 3
Squat
GoodMorning
Bench Press
Chins
DB Shoulder Press
T Bar Row
DB Curl

Get strong on these lifts and do some conditioning too along the way.

I have some starting pictures, Ill Post some progress pics in about 6 weeks.

DB Incline Press:45/10, 55/5, 65/5, 70/5, 70/5
Chins:5 sets of 5
Push Press:95/5, 115/5, 135/5, 155/5
Barbell Rows:135/6, 155/6, 185/6, 185/6
SkullCrushers:65/8, 65/8, 65/8, 65/8

I need to get stronger.
