i am Captain Tsir , i am new to this site and i would like you to take a look at me doing a dumbell curl .

Actually, I think I see his other hand holding onto the ladder behind. If it was a 1 hand barbell curl, then that'd be kind of impressive - at least more impressive than a dumbell curl, which I'm thinking isn't all that impressive. I mean, really, who couldn't just walk into any gym and see this. Pleased to meet you Captain, I guess.

Weights are too close together to be a barbell. Definitely a dumbell and yes that is not impressive at all to me. I dont think im "really" strong but i can easily curl 3 sets of 50 pound dumbells at 12 reps.
But hey at least he made a post ...i guess...
and i just realized that he says dumbell in his post.....:alcoholic

A pic of you squatting, deadlifting... thats different.

If you want to get on our good side you have to show us an epic struggle between you and a barbell thats getting pushed up from your chest, or pulled of the floor, or is on your back as you squat. :)
Looks like you have a fairly developed upper body, from what I can see. Lats, traps, bicep all look lean.

i see .. well next time i will post something different . the light curling here was done at the end of my work out (12 reps each arm just to get some blood there ,no big deal )
i have strict curled 72 kilos and my best deadlift is 200 kilos for 4 reps .
