Here's a pic of me I took a few days ago... I'm not really into posting pics of myself but wanted to get some feedback. If you all want I'll post more pics so you can see pecs etc.

And yes I realize that I don't have an even "tan"... I'm about as fair skinned as one can get.

Current stats:
BW 133lbs 5'7"
Chest 38"
Biceps 14"
Waist 28"
Thigh 21"
Neck 15"

Thanks for the feedback!

Looking ripped. Definite potential. Is that scoliosis or the way you're posing?

Edit: where'd the pic go?

I really cannot tell much from that picture. It looks like your bodyfat is pretty low.

I thought you were a powerlifter.

What's next, dreamtan?

Haha... the title is kinda a joke. I'm an athlete at heart... PL all the way! I could never be a BB because my skin is so bad... I'd never look good oiled up ;).

Haha, it's like looking in a mirror! I'm going to say... you're Irish ftw.

Get some leg shots up there, RF, you've got some diesel squat #'s.

You look very lean. You have a great foundation to build mass from.

So you bench twice your body weight just like everyone else here.

Thanks man... I'm hoping to stay around 134-136 so that I can still compete 132. That 16 lb jump up to 148 is huge.

Haha... believe whatever you want. I'm not out to impress anyone... I use this site to make myself better and learn training techniques (in addition to supporting my fellow lifters). You all can do whatever you want haha.

your about the same height as me, just think what you can do with another 16lbs on lean muscle.
I am getting board in the 165 class as nobody really aprriciates the power to weight thing unless they think about it, so dont hold yourself back on weight unless you really want to, I have been bulking, added about 5lbs over my normal weight of 170lbs and am loving how fast my lift stregth has been moving up week after week. still keeping my goals of lifting 3X body weight raw and 4X equipped, just might do it at a higher bodyweight.

good luck.

Meh. Not really buying into your lifts.I've seen him lift in person. He's on my PL team. His numbers are legit (actually, I think his DL is up to 435ish now).

Neal, where'd the pics go?
