I have been eating 1 pb sandwhich a day. I use whole wheat bread with natural pb(about 1 table spoon). Is this a good source of carbs/protein? I figured it would be a good extra meal......like maybe after breakfeast but before lunch. I guess as long as it fits into my cals I want on fitday, correct? Thanks.

natty PB kicks ass, Eat 2 tbl spoons (a full serving) on your sandwhiches the 16g of fat you get from it are good fats, and the 8g of protien is delicious.

Awesome:) Also, on about a 2500cal a day diet, what is the typical amount of fat/carbs I should be consuming?

How much lean mass do you have? Fats should be half a gram per pound LBM at a minimum.

Don't rely on it too much. Those equations are meant to fit averages and unfortunately no one is completly average.

Peanut and wheat bread is a source of fat and carbs. I wouldn't be looking at it as a protein source even though there is some protein in there.
