so after about 2 years of working out using WBB workouts and BGB, and watching videos of HB squat and dead cars, i think its time for me to start powerlifting. a thousand thank you's to built, as i owe my success to her workouts. i don't like cutting, i don't have a small waist, and i dont like doing cardio...my main focus is to become as strong as possible. my question is to make this transition, what should be the first step i take? my diet is already in check, i eat around 5000 calories a day, and get plenty of protein. i don't go to school or work right now, so this is basically my life. any articles you guys might have that haven't been posted on the forum, feel free to post them. another thing is how should i alter my workout to start? any tips or advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!

Check around all of the powerlifters journals too, there are quite a few now. Noteable are Drews, Tommyboy, Sensei, Bearwolf, Unholy (just made the transition himself), Sidiors and bunch more..
