VPX Micellean MRP--IMO easily the best mrp out there. Protein consists primarily of micellear casein and the carbs are from ground whole grain rice/oats/barley/flax(Rather than maltodextrin, which is very high glycemic and is pretty similar to sugar.) They have 7.5g fiber per serving. Taste is pretty decent(I really like the vanilla.) Though, they are kinda grainy/gritty. I don't mind this, though.
For a more standard MRP, Labrada Lean Body are quite good even with water and mix up very well without any clumps in a shaker.

that Micellan stuff looks good but what is "HGF (High Growth Factor) Whey Protein"? This has no hormonal junk in it does it?

I think it may be similar to colostrum. It's just protein. Most of all the special proteins they use are sorta gimmicky and probably don't do anything other than jack up the price. But the fact that it uses casein and ground meal as the carb source still make it a very solid product.

I like the concept of the vpn MRP, but I won't touch anything I don't completely understand. Kind of like warren buffet not investing in anything he doesn't understand 100%

isopure has aspartame, that stuff will do bad things to you so I stay away from anything with it in there.

I would avoid any MRP that uses whey as its primary/only protein source. This would include Isopure and Mesotech.
Nytro-Pro has 100% RDI of iron per serving, which is pretty idiotic IMO(Although, all MRPs tend to be kinda bad in this regard. It depends on how many you use a day.)
All of the listed MRPs use maltodextrin as their carb source.
Of any of those listed, myoplex isn't bad, although it does contain marginal amounts of partially hydrogenated oils.
Aspartame is not dangerous. There is no evidence to suggest otherwise, despite the insistence of some.
I still say if you're going for a standard MRP, Labrada tastes/mixes best. But it does use aspartame.
And again, there is absolutely nothing in the VPX mrp with which you need worry yourself. It's just protein. It even uses sucralose as the sweetener.

The aspartame thing is real though, some people have gone blind and died from doing those extreme no sugar diets and use all nutrasweet etc. Why do you think so many brands now advertise NO ASPARTAME? It is known to cause problems.

No, it's not. There is not a single clinical study confirming this, and aspartame is one of the most highly researched compounds that exists.

Well, like i said above- If I don't understand something 100% I tend to stay away from it.
