I recently bought a drink called, "Isopure". The supplement facts are as follows...

Calories: 160
No Fat
No Carbs
No Sugars
40 grams of Protein!
55mg of Calcium
80mg of Sodium
45mg of Potassium

And best of all, it tastes like freaking candy. I could down about 10 of these a day if I wanted to.

Please tell me a flaw in this drink. Its easy protein too good to be true.

nothing wrong with Isopure, its just rather pricey compared to a powder, especially ON or Nitrean powder.

but if convenience of an RTD is needed...do it. not everyone has access to a shaker cup and water when they need one.
