Well, went to a local college's denistry school to have an exam and woot no cavities:thumbup:
Hadn't eaten much, so was feeling weak and was thinking of putting off a workout til tommorrow. But, then I'm driving along and notice this fine, fine young woman getting gas and her gorgeous body motivated me to get to the gym.
Pre-workout supps
1 gram arginine
2 BCAA capsules
2 ZMA + Tribulus pills
1 ginseng pill
Did barbell curls, overhead barbell press, db curls, db flys, rope pulldowns, lat pulldowns, incline press, 5 minute cardio, shoulder shrugs, db front and side raises, machine flys, machine arm curls
Boy ginseng is good stuff for clean energy and no crash like I get with caffeine.
Diet
1 slim fast
1/2 protein shake which had oats, Nitrean, bannana, wheat germ, strawberries, grapes, yogurt cup, soy protein, olive oil, milk
1 cup V8 juice
Ribye sandwhich, yum, with onions, mushrooms, sauce, cheese, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, roll and friestuttut and mountain dewtuttut
other 1/2 of shake
after workout 40 grams protein in water with 5 g glutamine and aprrox. 30 g dextrose
5 grams creatine in 1 cup grape juice
1 homemade soft taco with chicken breast, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese
glass of milk
pistachio nuts
plan to have another nitrean shake in milk
other supps:
fish/flax oil total 6 capsules
green source and Ultra-vita men multivitamins
1 enzyme pill
msm/glucosamine/ala/milk thistle
2 more BCAAs
will have ETS before bed
diet not great today but can be excused because of lengthy dentist visit
goal is to lose fat and keep building muscle
