The SFW crew did some pretty good training down at Southside Gym last night. Here are a few vids.

A few are having uploading problems over at ironscene, I'll put them up when it's been corrected.

Why was your confidence down?

That is a heck of a raw lift!

Thanks. My confidence was down because this time last year I was on my second surgery in one month's time. It's been a tough fight back. I was trying to take an easy route back. Through adversity I have found my lifting self again and am ready to do some damage again.

Best advice I have seen!!!! People put way to much into this in the early stages of lifting. Lift heavy, Lift smart get strong!

Sorry bout the problems Vinnie, I just moved the server to a new dedicated box so IronScene has been acting a bit flaky. I see you got all three up though. If you or anyone else has problems uploading, let me know.

Keep training to 4-5 exercises
Focus on compound movements
Lift heavy
Recover (sleep, ice, etc.)
EAT!

You don't need to find the perfect routine. You just need to train hard! I can't remember where I read this but I love it. "Lift weights not books."
