Typical maintenance calories with minimal cardio: 3,450 kcal
Please critique the attached diet. Specifically, I'm interested in comments on nutrient timing with regards to promoting anabolism; balance of saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats; and P/C/F ratio on an overall and per meal basis. I tried to keep my counts within reasonable limits (i.e. P = ~1.5g/lb. and F = ~0.5g/lb.). The morning workout is lifting; the evening workout is HIIT or Jiu-Jitsu/Muay Thai or a variation of Crossfit.
Goal: Maintain LBM with slow lowering of BF% to ~10% over the course of 12 weeks through increased cardio.
