500mls Water
1 Scoop Protein powerder
1 Scoop Gatorade/powerade/staminade powder
1 Scoop Dextrose

Its a sexy 24-27g Protein, 50-60g Carb, and sub 5g fat. not that fat is that important around WO time, but it is a good time to minimise it.


Now, this is liquid candy. I could not stomach 1 scoop protein powder 2 scoops dextrose - tasted waay to much like sugar, so I started doing this. You'll find this makes the same ratio's as Biotests Surge PWO protein recovery crap.

i bring two shakers with me.. i put 1 scoop protein powder and one scoop dextrose in each. that's 50 g protein and 100 g carbs oh and 5g or creatine.

or when i get sick of it i start taking cytogainer 50 protein 84 carbs + 2 gr creatine ( cyto already has 3 grams )

both mixed with water.

Yeah that's a good combo. I've been doing Strawberry Nitrean and red Gatorade. If you throw it in a blender with a ton of ice, you get a slushy!

i like to use 2 spoonfuls of metamucil and vanilla protien powder, the orange flavor and the vanila go really well together, and it keeps me regular.lol

The red one tastes great, the blue one is ok. I'm scared to try it with a cookies and cream flavour protein powder, or chocolate for that matter...
