Hey I'm 5' 8" 159 pounds and high body fat 17-19%. The past 2 months I've decided i wanted to get in shape lose my belly. The only problem is I don't think I have a good diet plan. I follow wbb1 2-3 times per week and I do some jogging (1 mile) a couple times a week. I've seen some weight loss (started at 164) and a bit of reduced fat around my handles. However I don't feel satisfied enough because I think my diet sucks. Can someone give me a rough diet please. Remember please I have school (breakfast and lunch) and I don't have all these natural super healthy ingredients. I do have protein whey powder and meal replacement 32g protein bars thank you.
