View Full Version : Cut diet please help!

Hey I'm 5' 8" 159 pounds and high body fat 17-19%. The past 2 months I've decided i wanted to get in shape lose my belly. The only problem is I don't think I have a good diet plan. I follow wbb1 2-3 times per week and I do some jogging (1 mile) a couple times a week. I've seen some weight loss (started at 164) and a bit of reduced fat around my handles. However I don't feel satisfied enough because I think my diet sucks. Can someone give me a rough diet please. Remember please I have school (breakfast and lunch) and I don't have all these natural super healthy ingredients. I do have protein whey powder and meal replacement 32g protein bars thank you.

Peanuts, eggs, lots of milk, protein shakes with lots of oats, bananas, veggies. That's what my diet(cut or bulk) is based on. Fit those into your diet and weed out all the less healthy stuff.
