alright now i'm going on a trip for like 3 days this comeing weekend and i'm probably not going to get all my cals i need. I might not even get 3 meals a day and if i do it might not be that clean. right now i'm bulking eating 6 meals a day at 3100 cals per day and i was wondering will i lose alot of muscle mass if i dont eat right for 3 days? But i could go and make all my meals befor i go and put them in a cooler and eatem when i need to.
any suggestions?

no your not goin to lose muscle mass from 3 days of a crappy diet but going on a trip is no excuse to not eat if your not trying to lose weight i always think its bettee to eat som,thjing even if its crappy compared to not eating at all- also bring things with you its not hard- bring protein powder, beef jerkey, nuts, pretein bars - and of course the cooler idea is a great idea
