Is this normal when consuming to many calories, jumping from 2500-4500???

I wouldn't suggest upping your calories by 2,000 sporadically. You want to at least take a couple of weeks or a month to increase it by that much. Your digestive system needs time to adjust. And with nearly twice the food intake, I'd imagine you'd be going to the bathroom more.

The way I see it, if you are going to the men's room too much, just start using the women's room. If you evenly distribute the amount of times you go to each room, you won't find yourself 'going to the men's room too often'.

You just doubled your calorie intake. You're going to double your bathroom output. From a diet standpoint, you're going to be adding tons of fat with that kind of calorie jump. You should have added 20% more calories, not 100%. You can only build so much muscle over any given period of time, no need to eat in surplus over that. Bump up from 2500 to 3000. Keep the carbs high around your workout (pre and post) and keep your protein high. Come back with specific questions after a couple weeks of that.
