well i see that alot of people, as well as myself are kind of skeptical about the wbb1, so i figured id give it a try and make a journal while doing it to record my gains and whatnot. I plan on keeping this for atleast 8 weeks. So heres the first night of training. dl's are new to me, so the weight is probably lower than i could have done. and this routine is slightly modified but basically the wbb1.

Day1
Bench-165 2x5
Incline dumbell- 50 2x6
dips- 25 1x7, 1x6
chinup- bw 1x7, 1x5
deadlift-195 2x8
dumbell row- 65 2x6
shrugs- 205 1x10, 1x8
