Real strong top end with the zerchers Chris, do you think you get enough carryover to warrant actually doing those stupid things?

They are hard and hit a ton of different muscles. If I can add more weight to them, I will get stronger all around. This, in theory, should make me stronger and help my sq/dl go up. We shall see how long I'll be able to add weight to them.

I find that my head turns shades of red I had never seen before when doing Zercher squats. Hard exercise for tough lifters. I also find that I use more glutes when doing them than when doing front squats, while both use a lot more quads than back squats. I use a regular stance. They also hit the upper back a bit and hit the abs and obliques moreso than front squats. I'm beginning to love the exercise.
