Night Food

is their anything i can eat at night on a strict cut? i get crazy late night cravings but dont know what i can eat that is permitted on a strict cut. Any suggestions??

I eat a handful of walnuts and a glass of 1% milk. I could probably find better things.. but it's not bad if it fits in your macros.
