Is putting a bunch of raw eggs in a glass and drinking them healthier to lets say scrambling your eggs.. or is that just something they do on rocky..

Who cares, if you're getting the intake, you're getting the intake...cooking them just prevents food bacterial diseases...

But who cares about those ;-) lol

No, cooking them makes them more bioavailable and easier to digest. And Salmonella is nothing to joke about. There is no benefit to drinking them raw, unless you feel the need to be "hardcore" or something. But if hardcore means drinking something that has the same consistency as runny snot, then go for it.

I dunno about bacteria or anything. I will say this. I have been drinking raw egg whites for almost 2 years now and never got sick.

Millions of eggs are affected with Salmonella a year, but that's out of billions of eggs. You should stop drinking them raw, though.
