This is my first journal. I'm powerlifting with Bako Lifter. My stats are -

Bench - 200 lbs
Squat - 250 lbs
Deadlift - 305 lbs

I'm trying to get more lean and also as strong as possible. My goals are to get stronger than Bako, lol. Or atleast these -

Bench - 250
Squat - 405
Deadlift - 475

I'll start with yesterday's workout.
