Felt strong today, maybe should have gone alittle harder. all in all had a good day.

So today I gave (WOD Cindy) a try for the first time today.

Workout:

Mobility Drills

500m Row Time: 1:38.2


5-pullups
10-push ups
15-Squats

Total rounds in 20 min: 12 Rounds +5 pullups, +10 Pushups.

I was shooting to get 15 rounds but the squats were the killer in this workout. First 5 rounds were quite easy, around the 8th round I began to slow on the squats. The pullups and push ups were still very easy, even right to the end, but the squats were really taking a toll. Time to do more squats.
All in all was a fun workout.
