I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but as the day goes on, I lose all of the definition I had when I first woke up, and by the end of the day I look like I have gained 10 lbs of fat, when in reality it's just a bunch of bloat/water retention in my midsection. When I wake up the next morning it's all gone and I have the defintion back again.
Is there anything that can be done to reduce or eliminate this?

It could be water retention, it could also be the food sitting in your stomach. Are you taking creatine? What's your carb intake? Carbs can have a water retentive effect as well.
um dont eat or drink anything all day??? (sarcasam)
im like that even when im not eatign any carbs

Yes, I'm taking creatine. I am consuming about 400g carbs/day, which is the same as my protein intake.

You could go off the creatine for a couple weeks and see if that's the cause.
