What are your favorite foods on a PSMF?

Been on Lyle's PSMF since Monday. I am still learning what tasty things can be made that fit in the diet. What are your faves? Got an recipes? How about food most people don't think of?

Nitrean, chicken breast, fish oil. Whenever I have PSMF'd that has been all I've ate.

Nitrean isn't very filling, though, I've been averaging 4 servings a day. I'd really like to get down to 2 servings in the morning only. So far, it has been nitrean, beef jerky, chicken breast, and tuna for me.

from what i've learned about pmsf i dont think your ever goin to be full

No veggies, but the most I've done a PSMF for is about 6 days straight. I wouldn't do stuff like that for a long period.
