Hi, im 20 years old and am in alright physical condition. i probably could use to lose 10 to 15 pounds and need a good tone up. Im in decent physical condition and fairly athletic. Im leaving for a cruise in 3 weeks......any ideas or opinions?

PSMF for 3 weeks could do ok. Search for it or google it for more info. In reality 3 weeks is not much time.

if you have been going to the gym and lifting semi-regularly then this is def. achieveable to drop a few pounds and "tone" up with some added cardio and a tuned up diet. as unreal said 3 weeks isnt much time so if you're starting from scratch and hoping to look cut up for your cruise i hate to say its just not gonna happen.
if you're just looking to shed some pounds and aren't really looking to get cut up then some GOOD dieting and cardio/aerobic workout 4-5x a week could help you get rid of the weight
