i want to get bigger about 15 pounds but lose fat and be pretty cut but with body mass. and i dont really have that much of a diet its not aimed at a certain thingThat's not going to happen. You have to have a structured diet if you want to see any gains at all. Diet is about 90% of the progress you're going to see. Pick either to bulk up and gain muscle now and cut later, or cut now and bulk up later. I'd suggest the first one. You're not going to lose fat and gain 15 pounds of muscle unless you are on an extremely strict diet, which...at this point in time...are not ready for. You just need to get yourself into the gym with a solid training routine and diet and you will see a lot of progress.

Go right now and sign up at www.fitday.com for a free account. Track your average calories for a week and when the week is over, come back here and post a link to your diet log from FitDay (this site gives you can optional link to your diet log). Then we can evaluate your diet further.

As for your diet, here are some typical minimum requirements (you can use these after you determine your personal caloric needs):

- 1 gram of protein per pound of LBM
- .5 grams of fat per pound of LBM (with the bulk of these coming from healthy fat sources)
- the rest of your calories can come from protein, fat, or carbs to meet your caloric needs and also is a personal preference.

What is your age, height, and weight? How long have you been lifting?

i personally would have trouble gaining muscle mass from a workout like this.
I like to focus primarily on one muscle a day.

so what kinda workout do u do drag?I'd suggest not venturing into that territory. Whatever he's doing is awful. Don't do a body part a day.
