So no one has any input? I hate to bump threads, it absolutely drives me crazy when people do it, but I seriously need some people's thoughts.

1- You have to stop making these threads and just get in the gym and move some weight

2-It doesn't look bad, but you don't have any set/rep schemes.

3-Why not do deads on Fridays and add another bench or triceps exercise to Monday or add shrugs

4-Get off the internet and into the gym

Dont get me wrong, I appreciate the advice, but:

1) What leads you to think that I am not in the gym? I skipped last week because I was sick but other than that I havent missed a week in over 6 months
2) Thats one thing Ive been thinking about. I dont have one set in stone. I ussually do 5x5 on everything, but sometimes Ill do 8x3.
3) A regular dead and sldl's on friday or should I scrap one? At my age, I am trying to do as few isolation exercises as possible.
4) With all due respect, this is an idiotic comment. Going to the gym takes 45-75 minutes, and I do frequently. You can only lift so much before you become counterproductive.

Again, thanks for the responses and sorry if I sounded harsh.

1) Get a sense of humor

How come it's so terrible that I hit arms 5 days a week but it's ok that you do it 4 days a week? You've progressed beyond where I am?

His "arm" workouts are mostly from the compounds and multi-movement lifts he is doing. He isn't doing 5 days of isolation exercises like you are doing...which you should stop doing...and you need to stop bringing it up in every thread.

In every thread? I mentionned it only in this one...

Why is it relevant whether it's compounds or isolations?

Why is it relevant whether it's compounds or isolations? If you find out the answer to this, you'll realize why you've stopped making gains.

In every thread? I mentionned it only in this one... It was a sarcastic exaggeration.

Compounds work various muscle groups, isolations focus on one specific muscle group, doing too many isolations partly lead to overtraining.

i dont understand why people can't get it through their skull's that you shouldn'y isolate arms x5 per week... it should be obvious

look at all the volume you do for your arms. I know in the other thread you said like 3 sets all around 8-15 reps or something and you do that 2 or 3 times a week? We'll just say you lifted 40 lbs a rep, i'm guessing you do a little more, but just saying...
Your tiny little bi's volume
27x8x40 = 8640
My squat volume (highest one of 3 of the week)
135x5 + 175x5 + 205x5 + 245x5 + 290x5 = 5250

adding all the back exercises, i'm guessing you have more volume on your biceps than I do squat per a week. Don't worry about us being wrong... were not! It might be hard to give up the curls, but you gotta man, you just gotta.

Apparently...

YUM, if you had some constructive criticism to give, then I'd want you to post here, but obviously you dont. Go **** up your own thread...wait, you already did.

Anybody see anything else wrong with my schedule?

EDIT: Bako: Ive thought about it. I might start one when I get the time...

-I think you should take out 1 exercise on monday, probably db bench, your chest is already getting hit by bench and dips and I think thats just 1 too many exercises.

-i think after inclines and cg on wed your tris and shoulders are going to be too fried for militarys, once again 3 big lifts in a row, i think its a littl excessive.

-i think its pretty good, it would probably work how it is but if i were to do that i would take out db bench on monday and maybe incline on wed, seeing as your hitting your chest 2 days after its been slaughtered on monday.

Sorry, I miswrote the first post; my split is mon tues - thurs fri. not wednesday. does that make a difference in your suggestions?

-I have thought about this in the past. I figured since I dont have a tri exercise than I would work my tri's primarily on dips rather than chest. I know that they both get worked, but I figured as long as I worked my tris on dips than I wouldnt be overworking it too badly.
-Havent noticed this, it is a good point. I'll put some thought into it.
-Again, I flubbed the first post, so its 3 days until chest instead of 2. Does this make a difference or do you still think its too much?

Thanks.
